Hi,

can anywhere tell me, for which car is the Lucas-regulator with nummer:

RJF92 L12-12V
37016A
12-57B

Hi Manfred,

the RJF92 was used on a pre war Riley kestral and I guess many others. I have one that came from a MG TA or TB I can't remember which.

Hi Manfred,

I think this regulator is for a two brush dynamo not the three brush type like the PA one but you may be able to use it if you modify the three brush dynamo. Maybe a more knowledgeable person on this list can advise you better.

Hi Manfred
have a look under "Document downloads" on the website main page. Download the Lucas Technical Bulletins (you will Adobe reader) these describe the fitting of different regulators to our cars. Do you have the original regulator / fusebox. It is relatively easy to replace the cut-out with a semiconductor diode. I have details if you are interested.
