I have been trying to understand the M-type tools list below but I am finding it very difficult to decipher some of the fractions denoting sizes. Can anyone share a higher resolution scan of this page of the M-type parts list please?
I don't have a higher resolution scan but the spanner sizes seems to me to be as follows. Box spanner 1/2" " " 9/16" " " DE 7/16" and 3/8" " " DE 5/16" and 1/4" " " DE 1/4" and 3/16" Spanner DE 1/4" and 3/16" " DE 3/8" and 5/16" " DE 1/2" and 7/16" " 1/4"
Thanks Simon. I was guessing the same. The capacity of the oil can is almost certainly 1/8 pint. For a modest piece of related research I was hoping to be absolutely sure.
I have an original M-type parts list but it does not include the tools.
I wouldn't have a view on the oil can, but the spanner sizes are pretty logical. Mind you, a 9/16" box spanner is pretty big! And why the doubling up of the 1/4" box spanner and the 1/4" open ended spanner? But other than that I don't think there's any doubt as to the sizes.
