I am looking for the locking ring which secures the dipping reflector to the headlamp bowl - the one with three or four half-moon cut outs which mate with similar cut-outs in the outer edge of the bowl. I don't need the dipping reflector and solenoid stuff - just the locking ring.

I am sill looking for the outer ring for a 140 headlamp dipping reflector. I don't need the actual dipping reflector or solenoid. Just the outer ring which allows the reflector to pivot. The two kind members who made contact both have discovered that they do not have a spare to pass on.

Yes, that's the thing. As mentioned, I only need the outer ring which fixes to the headlamp bowl, but I would be happy to buy the whole unit. Please let me know how much you want for it.

Will you be at the VSCC Sprint meeting at Goodwood in a couple of weeks time ?
