Looks like a P Type.

The photo is in "Submariner" by John Coote among the photos following page 64.

The car is parked beside a Wolseley (ALK216) in front of the college and draped with Naval officers in their mess kit. It is bows on and dated 1950.

The register on this site doesn't give number plate info so this is as far as I can go.

Well even if the plates were listed here it might not help. BXN545 now adorns a cream coloured Rolls Royce used for weddings

This is PA1803. It's on the register #2667.It now has another registration, but is off our radar at the moment.
