Hello friends in the land of kangaroos,

This photo floated through my email. Is it well known photo? Is there any significance? The caption said J2 Special in OZ.

Lovely nose in danger by retaining the 8" brakes.

It’s alright, Tommm, there’s no paint on the alloy fins so they’ll work just fine. They’d just need polished.

I can add a bit. It was a J2 that had a variety of engines fitted over the years, MG, Vauxhall and Peugeot. It was owned by a Vin Smith and became known as the Alpha Special
