Interested in list of F, M, PA, PB, L2, NA, J, ...?

I have been researching my MG Magna F1 with the chassis number F1164 for a long time. The Triple M Register had little information. I could get some. There was no record available for much information.
Through research I have learned a lot of history about other Triple-M. F-Type, M, PA, PB, L2, NA, J, ... to name just a few.

I send the list of vehicles. Often there are no pictures in the triple register for these vehicles. I started to publish pictures to make them available for owners, but also for other interested people.

I have certainly over 100 pictures (of course most of my F1164), but also of the following vehicles. Also some background information about the history of the vehicle.

F0815 built in 1932
F1032 built in 1932
F1252 built in 1932
J2693 (J2) built in 1933
J3712 (J2) year 1933
L2078 (?) built in 1933
M2242 built in 1930
NA0474 built in 1934
PA1135 built in 1934
PA1714 built in 1934
PA1984 built in 1934
PB0261 built in 1934

For information, please contact me

Hello, Robert.

I would just like to say how thoughtful you are to share your researches with others. It would be great if owners are able to take advantage.

Good to see your interesting pictures too.

Take care,

Chris

Hi Chris, thanks for the nice words.
With my F1, I am sure I have a large number of pictures. I have only published a small part here. Many Triple M have a well-known history in racing. Especially the Type-K.
My Type-F didn't have that, but the owner had owned the car for over 43 1/2 years. The owner was in Norway and there was great cohesion among MG club members. Many club members from back then (founded in 1970) still have their cars today.
Greetings

Mike Dalby, thank you for your interest.
I have picked out some pictures and upload them. I give the description and sources.
If that's what you want, I can find out more. There are texts but also pictures. The car also adorned the front page of the club newspaper.
greetings from Austria

Hi Mike Dalby, thank you for your email.
Sorry, an error has occurred in the listing.
I didn't mean 2M2232 but M2242.
Sorry

Webmaster Nick, please correct it in my first posting.
Delete and change M2232 to M2242
THANK YOU

Hi Mike Dalby!
I saw that there was no pictures of the M2242 at all. The M was built in 1930. I have an additional six additional pictures with registration DA30610 for the database.
The year and source from Norway are listed with each picture.
Best regards from Austria
Robert R.

Robert,
While in 'Covid-19 Stay at Home' mode I have been rereading some of the books in my motoring library. While looking through Richard Knudson's 'The Classic MG Yearbook 1974' I came across an article on MGs in Norway. MMM cars mentioned are Hans & Ellen Hernaes M Type, Halvor & Marit Westgaard F1, O. Sommerin NA. There are also photos of the M & the F1. The number plate of the M is not visable but the F1 is U-36363.

You can enter the old license plate number DA30610 or new license plate number: C-5253. Both checks are the same M2242 car.

Ian Ross from the F Magna Registry wrote me nicely and is interested in pictures of the MG Magna F1032.
Regarding F1032, I would like to send you the information, the pictures.

1st picture: F1032_1 Triple-M Register Bulletin August 2007_Nr.39
2nd picture: F1032_2_Rose vom Wörthersee 09.-11. June 2017
3rd picture: F1032_3_Rose vom Wörthersee 09.-11. June 2017
4th picture: F1032_4_Rose vom Wörthersee 09.-11. June 2017

The owner of the F1032 is Urs Shilter from Switzerland.

Picture 2, picture 3 and picture 4 are from the classic car meeting in Austria.
The classic car meeting took place in the federal state of Carinthia (in southern Austria). There is a beautiful lake "Der Wörthersee".
“18. Rose vom Wörthersee” from June 9th to June 11th, 2017.
The F had registration number "1".

Many nice greetings from Austria

Ian Ross of the F Magna Registry is always interested in information from F-Type. So he wrote me for the F1252.
I would like to give some of the information with pictures.

1st picture: F1252_1 from Per Gjerdrums picture taken around 1978_Source Humbug No. 28 from September 1978
2nd picture: F1252_2 by Per Gjerdrums BL59000_Source Humbug Special 1979 1980
3rd picture: F1252_3 by Per Gjerdrums with 3 pictures BL59000_Quelle Humbug Special 1979 1980
4th picture: F1252_4 by Per Gjerdrums with 4 pictures BL59000_Quelle Humbug Special 1979 1980
5th picture: F1252_5 later by Børre Garegg Pettersen's BL59000_Source Mini Humbug July 1988

The two owners for F1252 (Per Gjerdrums and Børre Garegg Pettersens) are from Norway.
The language in the pictures is Norwegian.

If I can also find the pictures in the Triple M Register, I would be happy. So fans of the F-Type can use the database and also find the pictures.
cheers
