In the absence of any other replies Howard, RAL isn't good at prewar creams (or blues) in my opinion. There were few pigments that worked well in sunlight in 1932, and Prussian blue was one of them. I would therefore go with a BS match for Oxford Blue, although RAL 4546 isn't bad. Get a swatch and compare in daylight, not artificial light, especially LED!
