Hi,
I have just taken ownership of PB0738 and was hoping that I could get a little information if anyone has it on this car.
I have no information other than data that is on the Register.
- Chassis number / Engine number and registration as a per the first purchase
- Originally leaving the factory as a Green/Green interior car, it was restored/converted in the early 70s to Red/Black Interior.
- It lived in a museum in Sweden for a period of time after that, but is is not clear when and for how long.
Any information would be welcome!

Going back in MGCC Sweden registers to 2002 unfortunately no sign of PB 0738.

Have you asked Kimber house for the chassis file?
The chassis file is the periode factory correspondence.
If present it can give you some nice early history

Thanks for getting back on the thread. With the risk of showing my ignorance far to obviously, are you able to let me know about Patrick Gardiner, please?
(The Register has the owner down as "Gardner")

Thanks Gerhard!
I have had a little Google look to see where PB0738 lived at that point!
It is also interesting to see that the engine numbers were no sequential in the builds. I've suffered that on projects too!

Patrick is a true Gent. Has had quite a collection of wonderful cars. Patrick used to compete in various forms of motorsport from driving tests to racing.

My good friend Patrick's name is indeed Gardner, sadly he is not at all well at the moment.
