Judging by the colours I think it is one that the late Dave Clewley owned . Dave was a very successful driver in T-type racing , not using this particular TC but his much modified TB , during the great days of MG Silverstone in the 1960s & 70s period .

Yes, it's TC2541 owned by the late Dave Clewley. It is taxed and on the road, ownership details not known by me.

I think I supplied him with a T Type aluminium cylinder head many years ago.

As far as we know, Dave's widow (Rachel) still owns the TC (and also the race TB).
