By chance I came across this delightful photo of J2530 on the Register database. The car featured a couple of years ago on this thread - https://www.triple-mregister.org/forums/topic.asp?ARCHIVE=true&TOPIC_ID=21399&SearchTerms=J2530

The car was delivered to C.H. Truman & Co in Nottingham on 7 November 1932 but wasn’t registered until eight months later on 12 July 1933. The first owner was Flt Cadet Daljit Singh who was stationed at Cranwell but the driver in the car doesn’t seem to be the aforesaid Flt Cadet who is pictured below, by which stage he had got his wings. (Thanks to Sam Christie for tracking this photo down from RAF service records.)

The car is clearly very new as the tyres are unworn and the hand painted number plate is unmarked so perhaps this picture was taken before Daljit Singh took delivery of the car, or this could just be a friend of his at the wheel and they’re out on a double date with what looks like twins!
Can anyone suggest where the picture was taken?
I understand the car is now back on the road again.
