 Seeking information about a picture of an MG
 P Type Registration CPC 646		  Forum Locked

Does this car still exist, not listed with DVLA but wondered if it is known to the register. It was owned by the Grandfather of a friend in Leeds area. The registration is CPC 646 but no other details known.

CPC646 is not listed with the Register with that registration. However, in my research, I have found that many registration numbers have been changed over the years, and many cars were exported so no longer carry a UK registration.

Do we know when these were taken? It seems to have travelled a fair way from its registration in Surrey to Leeds in presumably a relatively short time.

The owner originally lived in London so the Surrey plate makes sense.
