My first MG PA, BEV 307, Chassis P 627 (?), back in 1961. It cost me £22-10-0. The seat came from a scr@pped 'bus and the rear body had been 'modified'. Ran well, save for a tendency for the cam bearings to dry up. Kept it in parts from the remains of two 'N' MGs in the same Bilston breaker's yard from whence came the PA. All pre-MOT, of course.
The passenger is my then boss's secretary, Eileen.
I believe it was in Belgium some years ago.

Bob,
PA0627 is on the current Register. As as you say, it is in Belgium, and is owned by Jacques Van Lint. The MMM Numbr is quite recent (ish) being 2927 and the Rgistration Number is shown as OAZ 627.

Thank you, Colin. My Register is obsolete, the last issue seemingly sold out.
I sold the car to an owner in Wednesbury, Staffs., who, post-sale, informed me that it was to be broken for spares.
Not everything we are told is true, luckily.
Both the car and passenger were in their 'twenties then, now the car is approaching eighty, as, hopefully, is Eileen.
