A few years ago both Mike Hawke and Mike Allison found details of my PA being used by a Mr A.E. Lambert in the Solihull area for a period from July 1935 until November 1936. It seems that he was successful in gaining premier awards in the Exeter, Sunbac,Colmore,Landsend and Edinburgh Trials amongst many other awards. At one stage the car was fitted with a supercharger.
I am wondering if anyone has some old documents/results or press cuttings, anything, covering the period after November 1936.
AVP 136 came to the Bristol area I believe after the war but Bristol Records Office was destroyed during that period and I have been unable to find some of the previous owners.
