I have just purchased J2 JV 2385 chassis J3474. It has been off the road since 1974 and is in remarkably good condition. Unfortunately at some time it has lost its original engine and gearbox and is fitted with a Fird 100E engine. I have no history further back that 1974 so would be delighted if anyone could fill in any history.

I have now got hold of the original registration details for my car and the first owner on 1.12.33 was George Thomas of Sanford Chambers, Old Market Place, Grimsby. Then Roland C Bellamy Ltd, then Hythen? Windle of S****horpe and from 21.10.37 George Perkins of S****horpe. Just wondered if these names might mean something to anyone? Thanks John
