Well I was passing my car barn after posting the pictures preceding, and stopped in to look at the Lady. She is in fact EVE, it says so right at her feet, and she has an apple in her extended hand. I googled "eve radiator ornament" just now and there is one on Ebay for sale! The seller describes it as

". . .one of the rarest hood ornaments EVE with Apple. This was made in the 1935 for a Desmo car." (sic)

I think the MAKER OF THE ORNAMENT is Desmo, it is not a car make.

It is item number 161682585345 if anyone is interested. I have no stake in the listed item!
