I am sorry to advise that Ralph has passed away following a long battle with cancer.
For those of you who did not know Ralph and his Triple-M exploits he was the driving force behind the long rebuilding programme of RA 0255 from a near basket case in South Africa, the culmination of which many of us were able to enjoy when Mark Piercy and Tom Dark showed it's capabilities at Silverstone, Cadwell Park and Goodwood.
The extreme lengths and no doubt cost that he incurred would have frightened off many but with the help of other R Type owners he persevered to achieve what should be a fitting memorial to him and the preservation of a very historic Triple-M racing car.
Apart from the R Type Ralph was also an enthusiastic owner of an NA
