This is more like it! Last time the subject was broached the response was rather lukewarm. All we need now is a similar response on the rather more complicated bit at the back end of the shaft that the gear lever engages on. Mike was quite clear he could do them, but he does need commitment.

Good news we now have a very small number of these available ,8 to be precise so it will have to be limited to 1 per customer , I will hold one for everyone who has shown an interest on here for a week or so , although one person may have to miss out as I make it 9 who have shown an interest! . Im afraid they have to be priced at £95 plus vat, as predicted they have proven very costly to manufacture. Hopefully we will have some more next year but this will be it for 6-9 months at least

Does anyone know the correct term for this part (20)? The word appears in a Wolseley Hornet parts list but I can only find a copy of the illustration.

NA,KN,PA,J Parts list all use essentially the same terminology:
Part No 20 is the front lever on the remote and is part number MG489/213 - Lever ( selector ) .
Part no. 22 is MG363/189-Lever ( shaft actuating).
Sometimes the brackets are not used.

'Front selector lever' sounds good to me. I will call the rear one 'the splined lever for the actuating shaft.' And I will call the actuating shaft 'the actuating shaft.' Thanks Bob.
