I picked up a copy of the March 2, 1934 Light Car magazine from Bill Cullen yesterday at Stoneleigh and it makes for very intersting reading, giving quite an insight into 1930's motoring.

The article on the new MG Midget included the observation that "A feature of the two seater is the ample luggage accomodation....". Not a view shared by many wives today.

My impression of the show was that there were more stalls of interest to MMM owners this year than in the previous two years.

The plenty of luggagespace was not enough reason to take the J2 to Stoneleigh. It was a nice day for a quick visit. And Robin (Hamblett) thanks again for driving back to Stoneleigh just for a diff-case. Albert Koolma
