I've been 'Googling' to no avail and wonder if anybody here can give me information about a chap who is/was apparently known as "The Supercharger King" ... somewhere in the Wolverhampton area I think?

For what it is worth Shorrock superchargers were in Willenhall many years ago which is close to Wolverhampton

Sorry, but I've now answered my own question! ... John Bibby is the man I was looking for; somewhat elusive apparently but now somewhere near Llangollen I'm lead to believe???

Hi,
John Bibby left the Tysall workshop years ago......
He moved 20 years ago from Pontfadog to Tysall, I visited
him once an than I lost any contact.
He lived in the Alveley aerea -West Midlands- whe he ran the workshop
in Trysall.

I managed to speak with him around 3 months ago. Took weeks and had to go through a third party to arrange the call !!

Hi John et al,
I did turn up old addresses and other details in both Wales and the West Midlands but they led nowhere .... not to worry.
It seems that he prefers to stay below the radar these days ... not an unattractive life choice sometimes! ;^)

We’ve had many dealings with John including today when he rang 3 times to order parts! . Excellent bloke , incredibly knowledgable and highly technical and would definitely recommend him.
