Does anyone have information about Steward Daniels who worked as a draughtsman at MG under H.N. Charles?
I read an interesting article of his recollections of work in the 1994 SVW Review and would like to chase down more information about him.

Hi Tom,
I know about a Walter Jack Daniels.
Could this be the one you are mentioning ?

Walter Jack Daniels
Born in 1912
One of MG's first apprentices in the 1920s
Work under Hubert N. Charles on the designs for MG T-types and type R.
With numerous races.
Working on the Squire in my free time (chassis, suspension).
Transferred to Morris in Cowley in 1935.
From 1937 under Alex Issigonis design engineer in the chassis department.
During the war work on the design of the Tortoise tank; Collaboration on the Argosy amphibious vehicle and the Morris scout vehicle.
From 1943, final drawing of the supporting structure and suspension of the Morris Minor.
Participation in the design of the boxer engine for the minor.
Experience with minor front-wheel drive prototype.
From 1957/58 in Longbridge with A. Issigonis design of the Mini and later the 1100 Hydrolastic.
1977 retirement as Chief Engineer, Advanced Projects of the Austin Morris Division of British Leyland.
