My apologies, I was asked to delete some of the replies and unlock the thread. During the process of "tidying up" the thread, I accidentally deleted the whole thing. If whoever started it would care to replace the original topic that would be great.
But please, no repeat of the unhelpful replies.

I was going to say that I have a few salonette bits that might help the new owner rebuild the body and also to say that if he isn't going to rebuild it then he will have a few bits that would help me!

Like Peter, and just a few of us, have all gone through the 'salonette' restoration pain and would willingly impart our experiences along their journey ... knowledge covering the D, J1 and F1/3 salonettes ... do let us know who's taking it on guys? May be worth it ...
