Thank you Duncan. The ticket has arrived safely in this morning's delivery. Great service. See you on Sunday.

We started going to Brands about 65 years ago, especially the Boxing Day meetings. Parked my M Type upon South Bank Bend with a thermos full of hot soup. Happy days.

Colin B.

Hi Colin,
you may not see some of us competing .... the electronic signing on is being a real pain in the neck ( and other parts of my anatomy!) and we don't get signed on or tickets sent even though entry has been paid! It seems to be a general problem that organisations think we all have good IT stuff and broadband that works.... our 2 camels of info an hour just about lets me do this and send a picture ... though it does have to think about it for several minutes after pressing the "send" button. Joys of living in the country at the end of a very long wire... and don't start me on mobile phone stuff.... though one good thing is no one can ring you when at our pub... unless they ring the Landlord's number .. and for a small fee the caller gets told... "....he's not here....."

Especially if it's the wife asking or else it might be "he's just left"

Excellent news Colin, see you on Sunday… that is a long record of attending Brands ! I have a vague early childhood memory of my Dad racing there in the early ‘70s.. I remember wondering why he only went past us once…(crud in the fuel tank that swilled around and blocked the carb I believe was the answer)

Hi Foz

That looks like a big engine for a C type - and unblown!

Good luck on Sunday.

It looks as though some expertise in macrame would come in handy.

Barry

Unfortunately I cannot be at Brands to try to chase you like I tried at Mallory, but hopefully the medics will let me loose later in the year. Good luck and hope the Rat enjoys the sun that is predicted.

Good luck to all of the MMM racers.

Regards

Tim

Amazing racing yesterday, tough early outing on the cars with only eight of us making it to the end! But a great season ahead!
