I have noticed of late that there has been increasing talk in the media, of synthetic fuel, including petrol, for future use. Can anyone who has further knowledge on this subject make any comments, particularly how it relates to our cars? Any information would be gratefully received by me and, I suspect, by other forum members. Thanks, in anticipation, Chris |

Chris I selectively follow a YouTube channel called Harry's Garage which is hosted by Harry Metcalfe who is an ex-editor of Evo magazine and is generally well respected in the motoring world. He recently posted a video about the use of synthetic fuels as he is interested in running his fleet of classic vehicles on this in the future. I will try and put a link to this but if it doesn't work, just go to YouTube and search for "Harry's Garage Synthetic Fuel" and you should find it. Regards Keith PS I failed miserably with the link so just do the search.

Thanks, Keith and Nigel. I hadn’t realised how far this fuel has been developed. The links Nigel has put up are highly recommended, very encouraging and could be the answer to fueling problems for our prewar cars. Chris
