Very good at this and has a fast turn around, but some times takes a little longer with other bits's. Ian Polson (01440 820371) is very good at the white metal, Ian's chap has done all our engines, Bob who does the white metal is very thorough and measures every thing to make sure the shells are not having to much white metal applied.
Thw NDT school at a local University tested both my rods and crank. They found cracks in all of the rods at the opposite side to the clamp bolts (they were old M Typ ones) Apparently this is common since some people open the pin hole by tapping a screwdriver into the slot.
