Happy Christmas everyone & thank you to all who have answered my many questions. J2 engine running very sweetly now! Looking forward to taking both MG's out on Boxing Day to Abingdon, weather forecast looking fair!

Hello Jeff

That's good news. Gill and I hope to be there for the run as well - assuming we wake up in time!

Mine will be at Stony Stratford (A5) on New Years Day.
Happy holiday driving to those flying the MG flag.
What Pre War meets are across the break?

It was good to see 4 MMM cars at Abingdon today. Not sure how the younger cars fared later on with the weather but we were home and put away before it threw it down again.

Went past Dog House and looked in at Kimber House as well.

Hello Jeff

It was good to see you, Ann and the two Shackell cars today, as well as PA1400, which put in a late appearance.

PA0743 did the run - well most of it anyway - and we were home and dry(ish) before the rain swept in. A happy 110 miles!

The Phoenix at Hartley Wintney on Ne Year's day. Always a petrol fumes addiction.

MMM and looking like a 1935 Riley Kestrel. Airlined and elegant.

Thanks for the photos Gary, I note your J2 is parked next to the Police T Type - were you booked for speeding!

Not exactly. Cautioned for sunbathing. A great day and lovely to meet pre war petrolheads in their element. I don't think either of us would be fighting it out for furthest travelled car. Any Hartney Wintney, or Boxing Day MMM photos out there?
