Just to be clear.....I m not planning on using the car like this for normal road trips!! I needed to run the car after refitting the blower so Its been a few short bursts up the road just to make sure all is ok.

Prob only run stripped at Goodwood and then Car will be returned to its full glory over the winter after a few essential jobs have been completed.

Personally, I'm carrying on with MOTs. Apart from potential insurance issues I like the idea of someone having a really good look at the car from a safety point of view. I'm not entirely sure what the situation would be if it failed though :)

Welcome to the Triple-M web site.

Like Alan I am carrying on with the MOT, in fact the L2 has already been tested and issued with a certificate.

I believe it is a condition of my insurers that the car be MOTd, I will know when the policy is up for renewal very shortly.
