This car was in an accident on the road from Lewes to Brighton( A27 )and was collected by Caffyn's Garage in Lewes.

Here is a comment from Jim Andrews of the SVW fraternity:

No record of this car in our records so assume it was written off.
It is actually a VA Tickford not a WA as indicated.
Interesting mascot on the radiator cap.

No, Sorry. The photo came through my hometown forum ( Lewes, East Sussex ), all that is known is the accident place and that Caffyns collected the car.
