I have added a new sub menu category to "Events", it is "Event Invitations.
I have placed there an invitation and entry form to Prescott 2015. It is a downloadable pdf file.
I have placed the same sub menu item in "Document Downloads".
All invitations received by the Register will be found there in the future.

Hi,

Being new to this event can anyone let me know where people generally stay and what we could expect from the weekend? If we are able to attend then we would bring our PA on a trailer - would that cause an issue at the venue / hotel / B&B?

Thanks

Keith,

Plenty of room for trailers at Prescott. If you do a computer search for "Accommodation in Gloucester or Cheltenham" (either only a few miles from Prescott) you will get a wide selection. I have stayed st The Rising Sun at Cleeve Hill (two miles) and The Ibis Hotel in Glouceser (seven miles) and both are quite civilised. Breakfast at The Ibis was excellent but the evening meals were a bit strange. However, there is a splendid Toby Carvery at the foot of Birdlip Hill just a mile or so from Gloucester, so there is no risk of you starving.

"Farm B & B"s are very useful places for trailing competitors, and we usually stay in them.
(Instead of Googling "B & B", enter "Farm B & B" to find the local ones).

There is almost always plenty of yard space.
Usually helpful people, used to dealing with things like farm equipment.
Are used to muddy boots and wet coats.
Have entertaining smells and noises to make your stay interesting.
Usually get up early, so the chances of an early breakfast are good!
