Mike Strong would like to get in touch with the current owner of his old car.

As I recall this is a P Type that he sold around 10 years ago but I might be wrong!

not sure what it is about, probably nostalgia...

Hi Peter

The number AAD246 is not listed in the printed Register BUT AAD264 is and it relates to PB engined PA1481 which is shown as being owned by Nick Dean. Triple-M number 1156.

Peter, I have been in touch with Mike Strong,and AAD 264 was his first car in 1958. I am arranging to take him out for a blast in it shortly. He was delighted to hear its still going well.

It's touching to hear from previous owners of our vehicles, especially when said owners are still alive and have pleasant memories of the cars.
My J2 is a real "babe magnet" - sorry "old bloke magnet" these days...spoken to by THREE previous owners of different J2s, all within three miles of where I live.
Just one more pleasure from using your car all through the year.

Two of these J2s are in the 2014 register, and I'm now trying to contact the owners listed. Hopefully I can put them in touch, so photos of the cars from years ago can be enjoyed. The pics will also go on the website "Historic pictures" section via Nick.
