Just seen this on ebay. Must have one. Only £9.99 for a piece of real plastic tube! And free postage!
Which end of my brake cables do I fix it to?

You'll get trampled in the rush John; it seems as though it suites all our cars, although I've only found the PB mentioned, not the PA. I wonder why that might be?
