We have been contacted by the former owner of this car, which was his first ever car, purchased in 1952.

It may not be a survivor, but does anyone know anything to the contrary?

I would say its a genuine F2 perhaps Ian Ross may know more

Yes, apart from the large headlights, it does look very like an 'F2'.
Unfortunately I don't have a reference to that registration no.
Perhaps it went abroad...
