Rich, I was only giving information as, should Andy go for Chris's one, I believe Andy King has them "on the shelf."

Regarding your covers, I fully accept that the lid is the easy bit. Your new covers look magnificent and I am sure will be a great addition to MMM parts availability overall.

i have an original one from a rebuild i did on my J2 in 1964. it has all the MG embosed studs. have no idea what it is worth.
