I came across this photo of an MG at Prescott. At first I thought it was a K3, but perhaps its a replica?

The car is built on an N type chassis - NA0759.

Many thanks Peter. I assume the chassis must be a fairly recent discovery as it does not appear in the 1993 register which is the last I saw as it was included in the Yearbook. |

When I spoke to the owner he told me he had built the body himself. Ray. |

You have made a very nice job of the rebuild Oliver. Much nicer than the N Special which sold at auction for £90,000 or so recently.
Not too sure about the colour though !
Best wishes,
Colin Butchers. |

Thanks Colin. Keeping up perseverance, getting the car just right and not cutting any corners during the rebuild was a very difficult experience for all the reasons people often mention on this forum.! The colour is bold I know, but good to be different and it is a 'period' choice most importantly
Best

Well done Oliver from me also.
I note the car is not listed in the 2013 printed Register, I hope you have advised our Registrar Robin Hamblett that you own the car? I can supply a metal badge engraved with the Register number - the order form can be downloaded from Documents Download section of the web site.
Best regards

George,
It is listed, that is where I found out what the chassis number was.

George, look in the NB section, as it is an early NB chassis.

Dear George,
Thanks for the kind words. I was in touch with Robin in 2010 so I'm sure he made a note of the identity and owner. I'll download a form....
Best
Oliver
