Hi,
I am currently restoring PA0414. Curious as I am, I started looking into its history as well. I managed to discover the following:
1934
1st. Owner Henry Gordon Mc Fall got the car from his father as a present for looking after his family. I managed to speak to his daughter. Unfortunately the family does not know when he sold it, or to who.
1947
Mr. F.L. Lampert (St. Albans, Hert.) wrote to Abingdon regarding spare parts.
1948
Mr. C.B. Young (Bristol) wrote to Abingdon regarding spare parts
1957
Greenwood Baines & Co LTD (bmc dealer?) listed as owner in the logbook
1958 October 18th
Frank George Willis (37 Sandfield Road, Thornton Heath) listed as owner in the logbook.
1961 April 11th
Leon Fellows listed as owner in the logbook. I managed to speak to him, he had the car until 2012.
I would be very keen to learn more about the history of the car and fill in the gaps. Does any of you know these owners?
