I agree with Peter's opinion the car is not K0385.

The printed 2012 Register shows K0385 as being owned by K Liljegren in Sweden. The description states ex 4 seater rebuilt in the K3 style. Yet another tourer lost.

I hope the purchaser of the car keeps it original rather than turn it into another K3 replica.

Hi all,

Have sent an email to Kent Liljegren to hear with him if he might help us with some information concerning the K1 in Germany, and if he has got the K 0385 in his garage.

But, it is the same car in the advert, as in the swedish MG Gazette from 1981. That is without question!!! And I can't see why Håkan Eriksson and Björn Rhodiner who wrote the article, and took the photos should have written K1 0385 if it wasn't that car!

Hi,

I suppose that you got some swedish (Viking words) from the time they visited you some thirteenhundred years ago! In fact I read a article from a norwegian professor last year discussing that the modern english developed not from the ancient english, but from the ancient nordic language, but influenced by the ancient english!

Maybe thats why we like british sportscars so much.

Well, but that's not the reason for this reply!

I found another photo of the K1-dashboard, (instrument panel in swedish) and the "extra instruments".
Exactly the same as the photos from Germany!
